Fireteam

The fireteam consists of three members and a Fireteam Leader. The Fireteam can be divided into buddy teams; Each two members of the Fireteam form a buddy team.

Fireteam Leader (FTL)

The Fireteam Leader controls his Fireteam, and carry out orders from his Squad Leader (SL).

FTL is responsible for:

  1. Leading his team,
  2. Control his team fire,
  3. His team formations and movement,
  4. Sending reports to his SL (SITREPS, CONTACT REPORT 1).

Controlling the Fireteam

FTL Has the responsibility of controling his FT and its action, FTL is also responsible of how his Fireteam moves.

FTL is also responsible for his team trainings.

A good FTL will decide Who Does What and When.

Fireteam Movement

During combat or in dangerous areas or when enemy contact is high, Fireteam moves in bounding (Buddy team movement2), Where one buddy team covers as another moves or cross the dangerous area.
